Health Care Services provide access to the hcsuk.co.uk website and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these conditions carefully before using the website. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future hcsuk.co.uk service, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Health Care Services (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) does not commit itself to accept orders at the prices quoted herein or at any other prices. The prices quoted in this guide are subject to revision without notice. All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of invoice. All prices are shown exclusive and inclusive of VAT.

Claims
Goods damaged or lost in transit. Claims must be notified to the company in writing within 2 days of the date of delivery, failing which the company will not entertain any claims for such loss.

Return of Goods
No goods will be accepted unless ‘the Company’ has previously agreed to the individual circumstances and has issued a returns note. Returned goods must be suitably packaged in original packaging for transportation. Goods returned without suitable packaging will not be credited. ‘The Company’ reserves the right to deduct an administration charge of 15% from any credit if the reason for return was not of ‘the Company’s’ causing.

Refused Deliveries
‘The Company’ reserves the right to make a carriage charge plus 5% handling charge on all consignments entered for delivery which are refused.

Minimum Order Charge
‘The Company’ reserves the right to impose a small administration fee of £5.00 on all orders with a net value below £50.00.

Prices
The prices listed in all of ‘the Company’s’ brochures and price lists are exclusive of vat and are correct at the time of printing. ‘The Company’ has the right to increase prices at any time.

Accounts
Accounts are strictly net and are due for payment within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please make all cheques payable to Health Care Services.

VAT
Vat will be added at the current rate to all invoices unless the customer provides a valid VAT Exemption Certificate with each order.

Title of Goods
All goods supplied will remain the legal property of ‘the Company’ until the debts owed to ‘the Company’, including any balances existing at the relevant time are settled. The risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery.

HOW TO PAY
a. Credit Account If you are not already a credit account customer please contact us for an application form at the address on the back of the catalogue.

b. Cash on Delivery
We are happy to accept either cash or cheque on delivery for non-account holders. Cheques should be made payable to Health Care Services.

c. Credit or Debit Cards
As part of our commitment to improving our range of services to our customers we are now able to accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express).

d. BACS
We welcome payment by BACS. Please telephone our accounts department now for our bank details on 01773 713713.

Goods Ordered in Error.
Any goods ordered in error and returned are subject to a 15% re-stocking / handling charge.
