WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN MAINLAND UK
Unfortunately only available in mainland UK at the moment - any overseas visitors please email us with your enquiry and we will send you confirmation of cost and postage in euros or dollars.

Delivery Address
If you are a student - and living in halls of residence, we recommend you chose an alternate address for delivery. If delivered to halls we take no responsibility for missing goods.

Method of Payment
We can accept payment from Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards.
Alternatively, we can accept payment by cheque or postal order, but we must point out that goods cannot be despached until clearance of payment. Please make all cheques payable to "Health Care Services".

Returned Goods
You may not return any goods to "Health Care Services" by post without prior agreement and advice from us.
You have fourteen working days to return an item from the date on which we are notified. Returned goods must be in a secure condition with all relevant packaging, and a note outlining the problem with the product.
Any goods returned that do not comply with the aformentioned guidelines of return procedure will be sent back to the customer and not accepted for refund, until a time is reached where the goods meet these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any goods returned are at the owners discression. We recommend that returned items are sent by recorded delivery or similar.

Return of goods procedure for returns.
You will need the following for a refund or exchange:
1 - Original sales receipt.
2 - A note outlining the problem.

In the event of a refund - we can only accept the original card used. In the event of a cheque or postal order refund, a cheque will be issued or postal orders supplied in return to the value of goods purchased.

Goods Ordered in Error.
Any goods ordered in error and returned are subject to a 15% re-stocking / handling charge.
